Overall great experience, just bought a RAM 2500.. Maria was great with helping me out and making it a smooth process.

Great buying experience

I went in needing a car badly and i still owed money on my car. Explained it all to Maria and she got right to work checking what i would be able to afford and a lender that would roll my old balance onto the new loan. She suggested a price range and a few cars there, i found one i liked we did the numbers and it all worked out. I was raised to avoid road side car dealers and only go to name brand dealers. I am so glad i decided to check Skook Auto Sales. All went simple, quick and was explained well no complaints. I will tell people looking for a car to check them out!

I was shocked didn’t think anyone would work with me after my divorce and hit I took to my credit. I walked in, expecting nothing really I was greeted in a special way and taking care of like I was important from the moment I walked into that door. While I thought nothing could be done, she promised to do her best and within an hour I got a call and I was approved for a Jeep Cherokee I truly cannot say enough about this place like I said from the moment, I walked in the front door to the call, And the finalizing of everything I truly felt like I was being treated special. My car was at Skook Auto last week for a stalling issue. I would highly recommend Skook auto service very knowledgeable and don't try to scam you. They keep you updated on what is going on with your vehicle!

Firstly, I love the staff, and I almost never say that especially about Car Sales. Carmen was extremely knowledgeable, Maria is a wonderful seller, extremely quick, thorough, and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. Wayne made sure to find me a car I loved with everything I was looking for and helped get me a steal. I got a 2020 Kia Soul, 40,000 miles, looks clean cute color, all the features like heated seats, lane assist, etc for $18,000, I couldn’t even breath on cars at other dealerships with higher mileage for that price lol. They helped me finance through a credit union, super low monthly payment 7 year contract, and helped me work through the insurance policy as I was new to full coverage. All together I got exactly what I wanted and they were patient while I checked out almost every car in their parking lot, and once I decided on a car had the process over in just about an hour and a half. I’ve already recommended them to numerous friends, they keep their page up to date with their vehicle selections. As a person very hesitant of buying used vehicles, not fond of having a car payment, and very very picky in what I want out of a car, I couldn’t be happier. It’s been a month since my purchase and my car still runs beautifully and they’ve checked in a few times to make sure I’m happy!

Went to skook auto sales for a SUV since my old vechile got totaled. When I went there I told Marie what I wanted to look at she gave me the keys to look at it. I left with a 2017 jeep Cherokee trail hawk Marie was awesome as long she works there they will always have my business she was professional respectful and knew her stuff big dealerships have nothing on this place. Team work was very good I give that a 10 out of 10 if u need a car or SUV this is the place to get one and ask for Marie she is awesome her knowledge is wonderful.
